- Generate new business through agency-provided leads, outbound prospecting, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct needs-based conversations and present appropriate insurance products and coverage options.
- Build strong, multi-line customer relationships.
- Consistently follow up with leads, prospects, and quotes.
- Navigate objections and confidently ask for the business.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and work toward established activity, sales, and production goals.
- Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and professional development.
- Previous insurance sales experience.
- Property & Casualty insurance license or ability to meet required licensing requirements.
- Experience working toward measurable sales or production goals.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence with prospecting and proactive follow-up.
- Organized, accountable, and consistent.
- Coachable and motivated to continue improving.
- Life & Health licensing, previous State Farm experience, multi-line sales experience, referral/networking success, or bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.
- $42,000–$48,000 base salary + commission/bonus
